Job Description:
• Maintain and manage accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, technical submissions, and deliveries to support compliance and project tracking.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, securing meeting rooms or virtual platforms, and documenting minutes and action items.
• Manage comprehensive travel and logistics, local transport, and site visit coordination.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably in an engineering or consulting environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Can report to the office (Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
