It continues to assist its growing list of international public and private sector clients to maximize and sustain their competitiveness through the optimized use of their existing assets and resources.

On August 8, 2008, CEST, Incorporated obtained its ISO 9001:2000 Certification from TUV Rhineland Cert GmbH, Germany for the specific scope of Project Management, Design and Development, and Construction Supervision for Water Supply and Sewerage Projects. The company obtained its upgrade to ISO 9001:2008 Certification in August 2011.

CEST has completed more than 250 projects in the Philippines and has participated in international assignments in more than 20 countries worldwide under sub-consultancy agreements with NJS Consultants Co., Ltd., a leading Japanese international consulting firm. NJSC holds a minority share in the company. Recently, CEST, in association with NJSC, won its first international project in Cambodia with financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
