The Project involved the preparation of the land acquisition and resettlement action framework, preliminary environmental, social and poverty impact assessments, and gender action plan to support the project feasibility and transaction advisory documents of the CPCS Transcom Ltd. (Canada) as part of its deliverables to the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines for the implementation of the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) south line into an integrated transport system that would traverse the municipalities of Cabuyao, Calamba, Sta. Rosa, Biňan, and San Pedro in the province of Laguna, and Muntinlupa City.
