CEST, Incorporated is a recognized multi-disciplinary consulting firm operating for over three decades in the Philippines. Established in May 1988, we are a product of 36 years of excellence and innovation – in providing area-based resource management services covering the entire spectrum of the project management cycle, then embracing its core expertise in the environmental infrastructure system.

As one of the leading environmental engineering firms in the consulting sector, we have been involved in over 300 projects in the Philippines and in more than 20 countries worldwide.

CEST, Incorporated obtained its ISO 9001:2000 Certification for Quality Management in August 2008 for the specific scope of Project Management, Design and Development and Construction Supervision for Water Supply and Sewerage Projects. This was updated to the ISO 9001:2008 in August 2011, and currently the company is transitioning towards Certification for the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Over the years, the firm maintained its profile as an institutional knowledge base with a reservoir of globally recognized specialists and experts who possess the right technology, sterling qualifications and competencies. Currently, there is a total of 77 in-house and independent experts; over a hundred multidisciplinary engineers and professionals adept in the use of engineering software, CAD operators, technical and administrative support personnel.
