Finance Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Update and maintain the general ledger
• Reconcile entries into the accounting system
• Record of debits and credits
• Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
• Review request for payments, cash advances and liquidation receipts and ensures completeness of required supporting documents
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Commerce
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Full-time; can report to the office
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work
• Maintains confidentiality
• Knowledgeable in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient in MS Excel
