Human Resources Officer
Responsibilities:
• Process on-boarding procedures for new-hires
• Process benefits of employees
• Handle employee concerns and produces HR documents
• Create and implement employee welfare programs
• Maintain the accuracy of employee data and recommend improvements in HR systems and processes
• Implement programs that support the company’s goal of attracting, rewarding, and retaining top talent
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, and other management related degrees
• Candidates with experience are encouraged to apply
• Full-time; can report to the office
• Professional and exceptional interpersonal skills, pleasant personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office applications
