The project implementation support and integrated services involve the combination of services from the conduct of feasibility studies to engineering design and construction supervision and management which are all anchored under the primary service of providing project management and overall coordination support to the client. In most projects, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity-building services are also included. Integrated services of this nature mostly involve multi-year and multi-component projects which also include related technical studies and advisory services, capacity building, institutional development, and organizational management.

The contract cost for these services account for 50% and comprise 47% of CEST’s project portfolio to date.
