Project Planning and Development
CEST offers services involving pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to determine the technical, financial, economic, and environmental viability of projects. Majority of the services are for projects involving water resources development; water supply, sewerage and wastewater, drainage and flood control, and solid waste collection and disposal systems; water transport structures and facilities; and recently, irrigation systems. Most of the projects are financed and/or implemented by national government agencies (NGAs), local government units (LGUs), government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs). Other projects are private-sector led.
Area development planning and project planning and development services account for 17% of contract cost and 19% of the total number of the company’s project portfolio to date.
International Standards, Quality Assurance, and Effective Delivery
CEST diligently employs international standards in project management and quality assurance to ensure cost-efficiency and effective delivery of project outputs.
